Below is the form to sign up for membership. Please read the following and contact us if you have any questions prior to signing up.

• Membership is limited to current residents of Millburn and Short Hills

• You will be required to upload proof of residency during the sign up process - please have a copy of a recent utility bill with your name and address or another document such as the deed or lease

• Membership term is one year, renewal is rolling based on when you sign up. There are payment options for credit card annual, credit card autodebit, and check payment.
